Can I tell you how amazing it is to get to be with people on the best day of their lives so far? The job of making wedding photographs is one of the most important and intimate tasks I undertake, and it is a privilege to be invited into such a meaningful day in your life. And it’s not just the big wedding day moments that are important, it’s all the little in-between moments that we often cherish most--a squeeze of a hand from mom, a knowing glance exchanged with a Maid of Honor, or a stolen kiss with your new spouse when you think no one is looking. My background in photojournalism lets me not just capture the main events and portraits of you and your family, but also lets me see and anticipate those most important bits of life between the formalities--and to capture your unique day as it was.
